Everything the dashboard does is exposed as tools on a hosted MCP server. Hand any MCP-capable AI an API key and it can create businesses and services, teach knowledge, build and publish workflows, buy phone numbers, complete SMS (A2P) compliance, run campaigns, manage contacts and CRM connections, and read your analytics — a whole front office, set up in one conversation.

Connect

Create an API key under Settings → API keys, then add the server to your client. The endpoint speaks MCP's Streamable HTTP transport:

For Claude Desktop or Cursor, add the same URL and header in the client's MCP settings.

The key is the workspace

Whoever holds a bk_ key can do everything the workspace owner can — projects and billing-adjacent actions included. Treat it like a password; delete it in Settings to cut access instantly.

Behavior

Mutations are real and immediate — there is no draft layer at the API.
Errors are correctable — a wrong business name comes back with the list of real ones, so the model fixes itself.
Paid actions respect your plan — number purchases require live billing, campaigns require the outbound entitlement.
The same catalog powers the in-app copilot, where every change goes through a propose-and-approve flow instead.
